Surf Report Wed. Sept 22

Good morning all, as you probably already know that swell that never really showed up has already faded to knee to thigh high at best. There are still some logging sets out there to be had so if you need to get wet get on it. The tides low today at around 5:30 so there might still be some leftovers out there with the incoming. As far as swell for the rest of the week it doesn't look good. There is a possibility of a knee high wind swell Saturday and some waves on Sunday but I'm not making any promises. Just keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best, and remember that when it's flat we here at Zapstix have all your long skate needs covered.

In other news, our shipment of fall and winter rubber has been released and is expected by the end of the week or early next week. So for those of you who have put off buying that new suit the time is now. We are gong to be receiving the best of the best from Rip Curl and O'neill including the best 4/3 I have ever surfed, The Mutant. The Mutant is by far the most versatile suit on the market. It has sealed seams to keep you in the water longer, but it also has a detachable hood. That alone should be enough for anyone out there. For those chilly mornings when you need your dome piece warm you have a hood, and once it warms up you can run up to the car and zip on your crew collar. See two suits in one!!

I also received two boxes from Rip Curl yesterday containing the latest in mens fall fashion. We have flannels, hoodies, track jackets and some late release tee's. This is just the beginning of our fall season so expect more style from Rip Curl and O'neill as the fall rolls on.
