Endless Summer Sale Saturday the 22nd 9am-11pm. Live Music at Noon featuring Killing Donnie and Mike O'Neill.
Things are looking even better for the arrival of Hurricane Bill. A high pressure system that is located over the coast should help ensure that Cat 4 Hurricane Bill stays out to sea while pumping the East Coast with epic surf. Amazingly this high pressure system could also ensure that we have sunshine and offshore winds.
The swell is courtesy of sustained winds of 135mph and the massive low pressure surrounding the storm. Currently there are 45 foot waves in the center of the storm, visit NOAA.gov for the latest observations.
This means that we will see ground swell arrive on Saturday and continue to grow through Sunday. The surf could be all time as far as size and quality go...Double Over Head??
(The surf associated with Hurricane Bill is not the type of surf that beginners or intermediate surfers should venture into, simply put it is dangerous. EXPERIENCED SURFERS ONLY!)
Here is the latest timeline forecast from NOAA.

See you in the water,
