Beach yoga @ Seabrook beach, Main entrance, Hooksett st. 8:15am pick up at Zapstix surf shop, classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am to 9:30am all summer.

Surf Report

Conditions, 1-2 ft there's a little pulse, long board wave for sure! Lite and variable winds out of the south west. High tide was 9:00am while low is around 3:20. Looks like there's swell coming tomorrow and should stick around for a few day's. Stoked!

Thanks to everyone who took part in the ESA regional's this weekend! I think there was a great time had by all.

Another shout out to everyone who attended the Zapstix after party at Mcguirks. We had a blast. I think we all could of done without the 30 or so drunk golfers, but when your a surfer does that bull shit really bother you? NOT, Haha golfers, I'll see you on the course any day!
